Announcement Regarding Organic Yard Waste
Organic yard waste is no longer being picked up curbside by the Village.
All organic yard waste must be taken to the Village of Metamora Organic Yard Waste Facility
Please keep grass clippings out of the ponds and the streets.
Attention Residents
Please do not dump chemicals or treatments into the ponds. The board has elected to pay a pond management service to treat the ponds , so we are asking that homeowners not attempt to treat the pond on their own. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Architectual Control Committee
The Architectual Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for reviewing and approving all home construction and large home improvement plans to ensure a beautiful neighborhood and maintain home value.
