The annual HOA meeting is held in November each year at Metamora Village Hall, located at 102 N. Davenport St. Metamora, IL 61548.
The information form below should be submitted by all residents to allow the board to keep an updated list of all HOA members in the neighborhood.
The form below should be filled out and submitted with any supporting documents to the HOA Board for any projects requiring approval.
Neighborhood covenants and restrictions are intended to provide a uniform plan for improvement and development of the Willow Creek Subdivision.

HOA board members meet quarterly (March, June, September, December) typically on the third Thursday of every other month at 7:00pm at the Metamora Village Hall. All HOA members are invited to attend. Check the Facebook page for updates.
